Donations made to the Mary Kay Ash Foundation between February 1 at 12:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and February 28 at 11:59 p.m. CST are eligible to be matched dollar for dollar, up to a maximum total match of $30,000, generously provided by The Mary Kay Family Foundation.

Only general, unrestricted donations qualify for the matching gift. Restricted donations, event-related purchases, merchandise, in-kind contributions, pledges, or previously made donations are not eligible for matching.

Matching funds will be applied on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date and time donations are received, until the $30,000 matching cap is reached. Once the matching gift funds are fully exhausted, additional donations will not be matched.

All donations are final and non-refundable and will be acknowledged in accordance with IRS guidelines. The Mary Kay Ash Foundation reserves the right to verify eligibility of donations and to modify or end the matching gift promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control arise.

The Mary Kay Ash Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
