If you would like to designate your gift to a certain mission (cancer or domestic violence) you may choose to do so in the form prompts. You may also honor a friend or loved one with your donation by choosing “Honor/Memorial” donation on the gift form, and the person you are honoring will receive a Mary Kay Ash Foundation tribute card.
Make checks payable to Mary Kay Ash Foundation
Please make checks payable to Mary Kay Ash Foundation. If you would like to designate a cause please indicate “cancer” or “domestic violence” in the memo. If you would like to include a tribute to a friend or loved one, you can indicate this in a note enclosed with your check. Please provide the mailing address for the tribute card to be mailed to the person being honored.
