According to the National Domestic Violence Hotline, one in four women will experience some form of domestic violence in their lifetime. The Mary Kay Ash Foundation believes home should be a safe haven, which is why it remains committed to stopping the violence, breaking the silence, and making a difference for women and their families.
Since 2000, more than 2,800 organizations advocating to eradicate domestic violence have received grants from the Mary Kay Ash Foundation, totaling over $60 million. The Mary Kay Ash Foundation has supported nearly four million women and girls seeking shelter and support services to free themselves from abuse.
